Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days of receipt.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Additionally, we will contact you via email if we are unable to fill the entire order as you ordered, to see how you would like to proceed.  If the item(s) have sold out, you will receive a full refund and your order will be cancelled.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.    
     
     

Free shipping on orders of $35 or more.

All orders under $35 are a $5 flat rate shipping charge.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

118 Fabrics & More ships to addresses within the US, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

www.118fabrics.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

www.118fabrics.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  Should your order be lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier.

International Shipping Policy

 

118 Fabrics & More currently ships to Canada through our Etsy shop only.

Please search 118 Fabrics & More on Etsy and place your order there.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by the USPS. We will contact you via email should your address not verify.  If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, your order will be refunded and cancelled.

118 Fabrics & More will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.  Should you need tracking information, we will provide you with that information.
